Introduction
This is the Ito Group Auto ACF Services website, dedicated to spreading knowledge about Anisotropic Conductive Film (ACF), Anisotropic Conductive Paste (ACP), and other forms of Anisotropic Conductive Adhesive (ACA). We are the world's premier supplier of anisotropic conductive materials, bonding equipment, and ACF/ACP/ACA manufacturing support services. Much of what we do is education, and the materials here can be freely used to improve general understanding of Anisotropic Conductive Adhesive and ACA processes. Our only request is that Ito Group be attributed when our materials are used and that any identifying logos, website addresses, company names, or other information contained in the materials be retained.

The ACA Presentations tab will link to online flash presentations. All of these presentations are also available in either PPT or PDF formats by request.
The ACA Technical Papers tab will link to PDFs of papers we have presented at technical conferences around the world. Some also have matching presentations available in the ACA Presentations section, but some do not.
Finally, the On-Line ACA Resources tab will take you to a list links to of papers, abstracts, and presentations that we believe are of value to anyone wanting to learn more about anisotropic conductive film, paste, or adhesive. Each link in the list will take you directly to the website hosting the material. None of the material is ours and it is not hosted here -- We simply are providing a centralized place for people to find it.
